This beautiful residence is located in the heart of Havana, in the ultra-elite Miramar neighborhood. The residence has been completely remodeled and redesigned. In the same block you will find the Colombian, Mexican, and Nigerian Embassies. The home is within walking distance of some of the most famous restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as the beach, grocery stores, and health clinics. The residence is also fully staffed and equipped.

The home is furnished in traditional solid wood and leather: American comfort. The residence features 7 rooms, two of which are suites, with 9 beds all together. There are also 9 bathrooms, all fully equipped with tub and shower. The home has two living rooms, an inside bar, and outside bar (by the pool area) and a second outside bar (at the observatory). Lastly a two car-garage with an automatic door.

The pool area is fully equipped with an outdoor kitchen in order to prepare snacks. Beautiful gardens decorate the sides of the building.ξGuests will have access to all parts of the house, except when, and if necessary, the staff room is in use. At which point the guests will have limited access to the staff bedroom and laundry area.
